The Requirements

Creating a diverse range of additional housing in the Illawarra is an important regional issue and the project, including the residential subdivision to the south, will be a major contributor to meeting this need.

The Solution / Outcomes

Basement parking avoids rows of garage door at the ground level and allows the rows of townhouses to be separated by pathways and gardens.  The landscape setting creates a sense of community. All dwellings benefit from a northerly aspect while the majority have views to the escarpment or the ocean.
