This project involved alterations and additions to an existing club, to provide a contemporary and practical premises to suit a growing organisation, which had existed on the same site for approximately 95 years.

Consideration was given to the location of the club within the existing established residential and commercial precinct of the city, which influenced the massing of the structures and openness of the additional viewing platform over the change rooms adjacent to the bowling greens.
