The design balances robust industrial requirements with staff amenity, safety and long-term adaptability. Clear zoning separates heavy vehicle movements from office and amenities spaces, improving operational efficiency and site legibility. The project demonstrates how infrastructure buildings can deliver functional excellence while providing a positive workplace environment. 

Edmiston Jones led the process from the outset, beginning with a co-design briefing that engaged key stakeholders to define priorities and aspirations. This collaborative foundation informed every stage — from concept design through to documentation and construction. 

Drawing on the strength of our multidisciplinary team, the design balances durability and function with a sense of place and identity. The outcome is a considered workplace that enables Shoalhaven Water to meet the needs of a growing region, now and into the future.
