This project was an innovative proposal by Big Fat Smile to provide a Long Day Care Facility within the Stockland Shellharbour Square commercial development. The Shellharbour facility utilises 1,850m2 of tenancy area and provides 80 much-needed childcare places.
This project was an innovative proposal by Big Fat Smile to provide a Long Day Care Facility within the Stockland Shellharbour Square commercial development. The Shellharbour facility utilises 1,850m2 of tenancy area and provides 80 much-needed childcare places.
Services delivered by Edmiston Jones included concept and developed design, detailed negotiations with the Landlord (Stockland) regarding responsibilities for fit-out works and a range of procedural requirements, submission of the Development Application and other authority approvals.
Detailed compliance renewal of NSW Childcare Standards, preparation of cost estimates and programmes and preparation of tender and construction documentation were also provided. Assistance was also given to the fit-out contractor during the actual fit out phase.
