Edmiston Jones has proudly partnered with the Manildra Group across multiple projects at its Bomaderry facility, supporting one of Australia’s leading manufacturers in advancing world-class production. 

This 3,400m² high-tech Packing Building was designed to accommodate gluten production, modern bagging lines and pneumatic tank filling, alongside integrated offices and staff amenities. Flexible new lines enable seamless transition between wheat gluten, modified proteins and starch products—strengthening operational agility and future capacity. 

The design also enhances transparency and engagement, allowing visitors to move through office areas and along a dedicated catwalk overlooking the production floor. 

Responding to its open rural setting, the articulated built form presents as a confident, well-resolved industrial structure. Delivered through close coordination with plant engineers and consultants, the project reinforces Manildra’s commitment to performance, innovation and long-term regional investment.
