Grand Pacific Health delivers critical services across regional NSW, supporting the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of adults and young people. Edmiston Jones’ Interiors team partnered with GPH to create safe, welcoming environments that reflect this mission while enabling consistent, efficient delivery across multiple sites. 

The process began with co-design workshops involving GPH staff and peer support workers, ensuring lived experience informed every decision. We developed a replicable concept design—floor plans and finishes palette—capable of being rolled out within tight timeframes while adapting to local conditions. 

Beyond design, we strengthened GPH’s procurement framework. Our team prepared a comprehensive documentation package including specifications, room data sheets, services briefs and tender breakdown structures, enabling transparent cost comparison and streamlined delivery. 

The result is more than a suite of well-resolved interiors. It is a scalable, evidence-based model that supports wellbeing, manages risk and delivers value—demonstrating how strategic design thinking can enhance both social impact and organisational performance.
