Apartment Development

ParQ on Flinders is a mixed-use development strategically positioned at the threshold of Wollongong’s CBD, connecting retail, residential, medical and university precincts. Designed around the principle of community, the eight-level project delivers 224 apartments above activated ground-floor commercial tenancies, anchored by a central landscaped courtyard that forms the social heart of the development. 

Responding to its elevated site, the architecture captures views to both escarpment and ocean, while massing reflects the region’s ridgelines and valleys. Developed in close collaboration with Council and design review panels, ParQ balances yield with urban contribution—supporting the ambition for an iconic city and becoming the first in a series of new residential projects along Flinders Street. 

Delivered on time and within budget, the project integrates robust Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) principles and future-ready infrastructure, including electric vehicle (EV)-ready parking and capacity for rooftop photo voltaic (PV), also known as solar cells. In parallel, our Interiors team prototyped apartment layouts, joinery and material palettes through a full display suite process—refining spatial efficiency, durability and market appeal. The resulting interiors are calm, contemporary and texturally layered, drawing on coastal tones and natural materials to create generous, light-filled homes that reinforce long-term value and liveability.
