Gabe Reed

Associate / Architect

Gabe spent his university ‘prac’ year with EJ in 2005 and returned after completing his architecture degree, becoming an Associate Director in 2020. He is an enthusiastic, accomplished designer with experience that has encompassed a vast range of projects including crafted individual houses, medium and high-density developments, aged care facilities, educational and medical institutions and a variety of commercial projects.
As testimony to his focus on sustainability Gabe qualified as a Greenstar Accredited Professional. He is Team Leader in Nowra and heads our Residential Sector.

As our Registered Principal Design Practitioner, Gabe is able to design, prepare and lodge declarations for Class 2 buildings under the NCC BCA. This enables him to sign off and write declarations in accordance with the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020.

Lesley Drysdale

Accounts Manager

Lesley, a committed South Coast resident, started her career as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist. She is now in her element as Accounts Manager having commenced work at EJ in 2003. Lesley fulfils a vital role managing the time costing records, accounts and the coordination of data that allows the firm to monitor its efficiency. Her love of numbers and excellent attention to detail makes her well suited to the task.

Dorelia Glasgow

Director / Practice Manager

Dorelia joined EJ in 2014 bringing extensive experience in office administration and a background in human resources. She leads the Business Support Team servicing all three offices and confirming her commitment to the firm becoming an Associate Director in 2020 and a Director in 2024. With a natural attention to detail and proactive attitude, complemented by a degree in HR and Business Management.

Dorelia makes a valuable contribution ensuring that the entire team are provided with the optimal working environment to achieve success and create fantastic solutions for all of our valued clients.
