He is dedicated to the design of high-quality built environments that not only address the brief but also achieve the highest aesthetic and environmental goals all within the project budget.

Zoran Micevski

Director / Project Manager

Zoran is an EJ veteran commencing with the firm in 2003 immediately after completing his Diploma in Architectural Technology, becoming an Associate Director in 2007 and a Director in 2020. Zoran subsequently completed a Diploma in Project Management and is the Systems Manager for our Integrated Management System.

He is the go-to-guy for EJ’s all-important technology and leads one of the Wollongong teams who tackle a wide range of projects including residential and aged care developments. His forte is site planning for industrial and commercial developments.

Zoran also leads our specialist documentation team, distributed over our three studios, to ensure each project benefits from expert construction knowledge.

Margie Rahmann

Director / Interior Designer

Margie started with EJ in 2014, becoming an Associate Director in 2018 and a Director in 2020. She is experienced in architectural interior design with a background in health, commercial, high-end residential, aged care and exhibitions.

She has previously been a university educator of design courses as well as course content developer with diploma level design courses. Margie leads the Interiors Team and heads the Health and Wellbeing Sector. She is an experienced engagement professional and advocate for co-design and champions EJ’s methodology now applied to various enterprises, not-for-profits and educational facilities.
